After a client has approved of the design and price estimate, we are ready to sign a contract for construction of their new home. Typically it takes 14-16 weeks for a house to be completed at our facility, and an additional 2-4 weeks at the site, depending on the extent of the remaining work.  Browse the links below for additional information on our process.
